Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition

On January 21, 2025, Levack Public School hosted the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition.  The Levack Council (11565) of the Knights of Columbus sponsored the event.  Students from both Levack Public School and Larchwood Public School participated in this year’s contest. 

Since 1972, councils have sponsored the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship for boys and girls from the ages of 9 to 14 to provide an athletic outlet and encourage the values of sportsmanship and healthy competition. Kids compete within their own gender and age and progress from local level to district, regional and state/province competitions. This program is a great way to introduce our local Knights to the community and recruit faithful family men of service.
