Donations to our Parish
Donations to our parish can be made by any one of the following;
- Registering with the parish office. By registering with the parish office, you will be assigned an envelope number. Any donations you make, outside of the weekly envelopes, just need to indicate your envelope number along with your donation to ensure you get a tax receipt.
- One-time donations can be made by cheque payable to;

- Interac E-Transfer
E-Transfers sent to donations@onapingfallscartierparish.ca will be automatically deposited to the account of “Paroisse Catholique Levack Cartier“. (If it is sent from a Financial Institution that supports this feature)
Please remember to include your full name and address in the “message” section of the E-transfer in order to have the funds applied to your account for tax receipt purposes. If you do not see this option, or need more space, you can email us at the same email address with your details and donation reference. Likewise, if you would like your donation to go to a specific fund, include those details in your email. You can also call us during office hours.
*An Interac e-Transfer is a method to send and receive money electronically between participating Canadian bank accounts using an email or phone number. It is a fast and convenient way that does not require full bank details of the recipient. It is protected by multiple levels of security, but users are responsible for sending money to legitimate recipients. Once the recipient accepts the money, the transfer cannot be cancelled.
- Online donations to the parish can be made via “CanadaHelps.org”. Click on the button below to open a new web page that will take you to the Parish’s donation page with CanadaHelps.
Note that the CanadaHelps.org fee for making an online donation is 4% of the donated amount and is taken off of your donation before being sent to the parish. Please see the CanadaHelps fees page for more information. Tax receipts for online donations are issued by CanadaHelps. You can also donate anonymously.
In all cases, if wish your donation to be directed to a specific project or purpose in the parish, please indicate your wishes in the memo field of your cheque, on a separate note, or in the instruction field on CanadaHelps.
